A clear vision before building
Chargia, a company specialized in charging solutions for electric mobility, was at a decisive point: launching its own payment system, "Chargia Pay", with the objective of centralizing the user experience, automating critical operations, and enabling intelligent support through channels like WhatsApp. Before moving to development, they needed to validate the technical feasibility of the project and define a roadmap that avoided costly deviations.
The challenge
Lack of prior definition: The idea was promising, but without a well-defined technical architecture.
Complex ecosystem: The system needed to integrate with multiple providers (CPOs, EDEs, payment gateways), each with different technical and regulatory requirements.
High risk of inefficiencies: Without an automated approach and without validating with a PoC, any development could lead to cost overruns or future rigidities.

Functional Proof of Concept, which validated the secure integration of payments and the automation of key tasks like transaction reconciliation.
Executive and technical documentation, designed to accelerate the development of the MVP and its future evolution with AI-based components.
